Every tool computes its answer on the page, free, with no account and no trial clock. Put in the engagement's own facts, the months, the pieces of work, the strengths and the results for the letter, the hours, the rate, the phases and the deposit for the proposal, and the length, the structure, the fee and the balance update as you type. The paid plan is about keeping what you write: the clients, the engagements, the proposals sent and the letters given.

Every figure on this page is computed from the inputs you enter, by the method stated below it. Sowbird supplies no constant of its own: the letter's length and the proposal's total are arithmetic on the engagement facts you type. The defaults are a worked example to replace with your own.
